"Be prepared to answer numbers and reports. If you are looking for a work home for life, this is not it. I’m looking elsewhere now. The people I work with are great but the management stinks. They all go to church together, promote each other even when they don’t deserve it and apparently get big bonuses on profit. So that’s why their focus is not on employees or patients. "
