RUN away. This company is very skewed to those that live to work and expect the same from all of the employees. Not flexible and benefits are horrible.

It's what you make of it. You will get lowballed and taken advantage of unless you are assertive. If you are assertive and make good relationships with the c-level, you will have some pretty decent opportunties.

Maternity leave is short term disability, but is paid and for 8-11 weeks for full time employees. Work-life balance policies vary from department to department but I feel are generally very accommodating and can often include flextime and telework arrangements. Generally a very favorable environment for women and families and I would recommend to others.
