"There are a few good women in senior management - and the President/CEO is very open and accepting. However, don't expect much from your male colleagues, many departments are still boys clubs who view women as diversity hires. "

"Work/life balance at FRB Chicago is great, and they are making big strides with their parental leave policy. The one drawback is the pay. It's getting more competitive, but you can make more in the private sector."

"I worked there for 10+ years. I enjoyed the development opportunities and support from senior management.
There are instances when individuals were promoted into management positions that had no people leading skills which causes conflict with a team with no true leader."
