"Management inconsistent among lines of business and even among squads. Needs a more focused leadership track to develop consistent leadership across the organization. Still very male dominated in technology, especially in leadership roles. Been on the receiving end of more than one workplace hotshot stepping over teammates to get ahead. "

"Please know that if you are struggling with any mental health issues and you bring that concern to your manger, they will not listen to you. They will only report to HR, no check up on you. You are just a number to them. "

"Its such a great atmosphere. I love the culture and I love how involved upper management and leadership is in improving employee experience. I feel heard and that my feedback had been acknowledged. Many times when things are slow to change we hear our amazing ceo tell us that is been an annoyingly long process to change this thing but we are working on it. Our ceo is very thoughtful and has a great vision for improvements and longterm goals. At the same time she is very open to criticism and take feedback from all levels with keen interest. "
