"Its such a great atmosphere. I love the culture and I love how involved upper management and leadership is in improving employee experience. I feel heard and that my feedback had been acknowledged. Many times when things are slow to change we hear our amazing ceo tell us that is been an annoyingly long process to change this thing but we are working on it. Our ceo is very thoughtful and has a great vision for improvements and longterm goals. At the same time she is very open to criticism and take feedback from all levels with keen interest. "

"Amazing benefits - profit sharing and maternity/paternity leave. If you are not in a home office site (Boston, Smithfield RI, Westlake TX) or branch site, it can be lonely/isolating."

"Don’t consider it if you’re over 45, unless you want a layoff. Some managers are kind, but it’s ruthless & management focuses on saving money above employees. "
