"Its manageable to work with FIdelity but the process & ownership delegation had gone way down blocks. Coordination between departments stands nil. Any mail you send, goes to zillion ppl's inbox and is FYI's /FYA'd before someone at senior level puts their authoritative nose into it!! "

"A certain amount of stubbornness in ones intention to persist and gain enough to ground to thrive is needed when encountering old school attitudes to women on the part of branch managers. Women do succeed and thrive here and they are advancing. However there are definitely still fewer of us in better paying roles which have more opportunity for advancement. This does seem to be improving."
