"You need to make sure you have a strong manager who supports is team. During the interview process see if you can speak with potential peers to ask about the balance of power is with main departments you interface with - collaborative, combative | peers or slave? The benefits are great and they have emergency child care, will help with college debt and there is an ability to move among divisions once in. "

"You have to play the corporate game to get anywhere and not common for someone to be able to move up in their own group. You may love your job but have to leave to another group in order to move up."
