"This is an excellent place to work - with lots of room for growth. It is an environment that rewards hard work and success. But if you also focus more on your life outside of work, it's a great place for that as well. It is a well-established company that understands employees are mature, have families and outside lives. Benefits are more on the maternal/paternal leave, generous 401k's side of the spectrum rather than free food, Friday beers, and ping pong tables."

"Flexibility varies greatly by job type and manager preferences. For phones roles, there is very little flexibility. But for all other roles, it is mainly manager dependent, but I would say many managers aren't very strict about hours or butt-in-office time. I work from home 2-3 days a week."

"Long hours, mostly all male coworkers. Very frat-like atomosphere. Fun and you will learn a lot but not family friendly and you need to be able to put in the time to be successful."
