"A great place to have a family but many extremely able women leaders after having children as the organisation seems promote a disproportionate number of white middle class often privately educated males."

"Paid maternity leave at higher rate for almost six months and then a return to work bonus in the last few months. Bonuses are paid but they’re not competitive within financial services and pay increases are poor. Very high turnover."
