"The only way you’ll succeed in this company is by flirting with your male managers. If you don’t, they’ll micromanage you and try to push you out. You could get lucky and get a woman as your manager, but it’s all the luck of the draw. I had observed that most of the women in higher positions were a little ‘overly nice’ to the men; I believe it was to keep the position they were in. "

"When you’re first hired, they email you a list of 20 or so different time slots that you could work, but whether or not you get the one you wanted, is based off of how fast you responded to the email. And then there’s a long waiting period before you can ask for different hours; And even then, they use a raffling system. Asking for time off is difficult too, as there’s so many people who work within the company, so you have to ask for time off basically 2 months in advance. And they’re very strict about their attendance policy if you call in for any emergencies. "

"I don’t know how they choose managers to employees. But all employees have different managers that they’re assigned when first hired. I happened to get a male manager. And my appearance isn’t what you would consider a polished, business woman. I believe my manager discriminated against me based on my appearance and my skin tone, and not my ability to do my job. "
