"Fisher Investments provides a ton of opportunities for development, and has a wide variety of roles that are sure to encompass everyone's interests. The benefits are AMAZING, which is a huge plus, especially if you have a family. The vibe here is very welcoming toward women, and I've been happy in my experience thus far."

"you aren't limited to one career path here at Fisher Investments. Fisher gives everyone the opportunity to learn more about all the different groups around the company. I have truly valued this as I came out of college still trying to figure out what I wanted to do! It has allowed me to explore avenues I would not have originally thought of. "

"If you show your potential, doors open for you all the time. The internal promotion structure is unlike other companies, where you could move from marketing to sales to research if you wanted to. You can succeed here without traditional education backgrounds and without much on the job experience if you can learn quickly and connect well with others. "

"There are pros and cons to our work structure. We work 10 hour days and don't have the ability to work from home, but we can work from any office (WA, CA, TX). On one side, it's nice because when I leave for the day or weekend, I don't think about work at all where I have friends that have a work phone and receive work emails at all hours of the day. Sometimes it would be nice to still get some work done if I needed to stay home. The PTO is generous and I can take a half day when I need it which is great! "

"They put a lot of effort into training and development of their people because they believe in promoting from within and meritocracy. I have experienced internal promotions since being at the firm and they easily could have found someone more qualified externally. While opportunity exists here, the lack of schedule flexibility makes it hard for me to see myself stay here long term. I would caution any person with other commitments or dependents to really think about it before accepting a role here."
