      We offer programs designed for your work and personal life, including schedule flexibility. Eligible employees experience 10 paid holidays and up to 20 days of PTO. In a recent survey, 90% of our employees indicated they can take time off from work when necessary.

      There is also an opportunity to participate in our hybrid work program. This program is subject to change and based on role, tenure and performance eligibility.

      Overview

      Employees are encouraged to bond with their new child, whether biological or adopted, through our 8 week paid primary caregiver paid leave program. Our in-house leave of absence team provides employees the resources they need to navigate disability insurance, state-leave programs, return to work help, or offerings within our benefits package that will support them in their new parent journey.

      Short term disability
      Yes, all employees are eligible to request enrollment in our voluntary employee-paid short-term disability insurance. Upon enrollment, women may file a short-term disability claim for the pregnancy disability portion of their maternity leave and receive between 20-60% of their W-2 wages (depending on the state of residence).

      Overview

      Our leave of absence team provides direct support both before and during maternity leave. Once employees return to work, we offer wellness rooms that can be utilized for nursing parents. Our health plans offer full coverage for birthing parents’ preventive care, including well-parent visits and preventive screenings, as well as breast pumps. Not to mention, through our fertility, hormonal health and family-forming benefit, Carrot, employees get access to doula, nursing, and return to work support.
