"It's a boys' club in creative. There are almost no women, and none in creative director roles. It's routine to hear sexist comments and jokes, which are never discouraged. It also seems that women are unfairly held to a different, higher standard of performance and behavior than men."

"The creative department is run by males and while they are not blatantly sexist, there is definitely a boys club vibe. Also, some of the women in account management act like "mean girls," which is awful."

Would you recommend Fitzgerald & Co to other women?
"It's a great creative agency, and they claim to want to do more D&I, but there is definitely a negative bias toward women in the creative department. Eyes must be wide open going in. (Other departments may not be as bad.)"
