The only reason I rate it a 4 and not 5 is because it's difficult to work from home. This is a place where it's really best/important to be in the office.

The CEO is a my way or no way type person. He isn’t about promoting positive culture or financially rewarding the staff.

November 2017

This company is top notch in terms of racial diversity, gender diversity is not necessarily pushed here but the union is a wonderful resource if the going gets rough. I was never negatively affected by management for being female, but you do have men that have been working for the company for many, MANY years that like to try and put the "lady-folk" in their place.

If the members of management were required to take a basic communications and management course I believe that conditions within USPS facilities would improve drastically. Most members of management are hired based on seniority rather than know-how.

December 2015

I've been working here for 2 years and there are very few women working here. For the first year, there were ~40 people in the office and I was the only woman besides the secretary. In the last year the number of women being hired has increased however the benefits and flexibility are very much lacking. No paid maternity leave, no official work from home policy.
