"Great culture for non-entry-level employees. 2 weeks of sick leave per year in addition to vacation time. No paid maternity leave - the company expects you to pay for it with your sick leave if you wish to have some of it paid. Realistically impossible, as fetal-maternal appointments alone would eat into your sick leave time, and the time that you are given in a year's time still isn't enough to recover fully."
