It is a good company. I just wish more women were in leadership positions. Also wished more women were hired.Insurance only covers for one individual, doesn't cover anything re: family. Aside from this, you are able to take off of work for as long as you want, for this most part, which is nice.

There is no maternity leave and its a 'good ol boys club'. You will be forced to take 100% of your vacation and then FMLA with no pay. Its a bit archaeic.

I've worked here for 24 plus years there are women working here but some jobs are not offered. I believe they are somewhat treated fairly but Men advance much faster then women. I took maturity leave once out of four children and worked my regular job two weeks before due date. Working shift work is challenging and you need a strong marriage and support from family.
