Madrivo is a great company to work for. There are many women in the leadership role. The management meetings are basically run by women.

Women must deal with sexist comments on a regular basis, particularly surrounding pregnancy, family-work balance, and maternity leave. Women are underpaid compared to their male counterparts and must strategically combat sexist reviews (eg: women being abrasive vs. men being go-getters)

I worked here for over 5 years and never felt like the women had a voice at the table. Led by a CEO that doesn't seem to care about his employees of any gender, with only one female exec near the top, it says a lot.
