"They say it has changed but it is the good old boys club. You will often be called sweetie or many think you don't know what you are talking about."

"As a woman you are not taken seriously. You will not even be looked at for a promotion even with all of the qualifications and a man with no qualifications will get the position. They will not tell you what you need to work on."
