"No support system in place for employees- all that matters to the company is if the customers are satisfied. Very difficult to be promoted or to receive a raise."

"Every single time a woman employee became pregnant, TFM would shuffle them out the door as soon as they returned to work. Broadly speaking, corporate issued maternity leave without complaint. I personally witnessed four recently returned female employees get targeted by the store manager and terminated shortly thereafter. It was often done by goalpost changing or altering procedure on the fly so they'd have an excuse to write the new mom up, and since corporate values the manager's word above the livestock, it was he vs she, and he would win every time. "Although, the department heads allow flexibility in work schedule. They are not adequately trained in how to schedule resources in a production environment. "
