"Great company where you can meet amazing and fascinating people. It’s the type of place that you can work hard and learn a lot. Reaching to top is a lot to do with commercial value, connections and sometimes nationality. There are not so many women in leadership roles."

"It's a good name on your CV. If you are in the right team, with the right partners, and the right work, it may be amazing. But the realities of that happening are rare. Most women stick around to get the (amazing) maternity leave, and then move."
