"I don't notice any different treatment based on gender. The job is incredibly flexible. Plan to spend lots of time at work, but you get to choose when that time is. I enjoy working in the early morning hours."

"Don't be late. Follow every rule or your jobless. I was 2 minutes late from break and received a write up. My boyfriend 2 days later was 20 minutes late because he fell asleep on break and right in front of me our boss who 2 days prior wrote me up for being 2 minutes late said hey you were 20 minutes late. Watch being late and that was it. Ridiculous. You have to work 20xs harder than the men for no respect."

"After having worked for a company that did not have many women in leadership positions (at least the branch I was at) coming to Frito-Lay was a breath of fresh air. There is a lot of room for women to grow and develop into many different types of leadership roles. Also, being a part of PepsiCo allows for even more opportunities throughout the other brands. I have seen many women in my own facility promoted to higher level positions including the Senior Manager for the whole facility. Everyone is always open to working with you on how to advance your own career as well."
