"Overall equitable environment for sexuality and gender, although paternity leave policy is shameful. Some work needs to be done to increase the presence of POC, but that is probably more due to location of the main office in a primarily white suburb. Remote opportunities are increasing."

"Maternity leave is paid partially through short term disability and not at the full pay. Rates vary depending on if the birth was a c-section or vaginal delivery. Unsure of how leave is paid for non-birthing mothers, and paternity leave (last I checked) is only a week."
