"Hours are not consistent. And you feel forced to stick with hours not discussed during your interview that may have been the reason for choosing this educational facility over another offer.
Be very clear about your availability and if you are unable to do certain hours. Also be mindful that you could be replaced if you aren't able to be flexible at a moments notice. "

"Difficult to get in touch with in a timely fashion. Seems to be more focused on how they appear to higher ups rather than sticking to scheduled appointments to discuss necessary changes to schedule and also specific classroom equipment needed."

"Don't be in it for compensation and benefits. Be in it for the kids. The culture is lovely. Poeple care about one another here."
