"The company culture overall is great and most managers are flexible with their employees schedule - it's definitely a company that still lets you put family first. The company is also great about letting you get a vast array of experiences whether it's through shadows or rotations. Finally, while gender equality at this company is certainly improving, the decisions made in the past have left us in a position where the majority of our leadership, at multiple levels, is male - something that will take years to change. "

"Flexibility depends on department and job. My experience has been if you can handle your responsibilities then your manager is willing to be flexible when you need to take off for a doctor's appt, etc."

"It is a great place for women who are going to start a family, or to start out after college. After several years, promotion and compensation is not equally attainable across the company and its business units/departments."
