"In my role, I am not able to telecommute and I have limited flexibility - but in any corporate environment I think it is understandable to work core business hours (8am-5pm) so it is a tradeoff I’m okay with due to the career growth/opportunities."

"This is an amazing place with great flexibility and a wonderful culture. Be aware there may be a couple of departments where the perception is that only a select few who are of particular gender, preference or race are promoted. I personally don't know this to be true but there are definitely weird inconsistencies that I have witnessed and it just seems odd."

"Gallo is focused on developing talented employees and in particular is beginning to put greater focus on diversity efforts. It is a great time to be a woman and work at Gallo. There is always room for improvement, but positive strides are being made. "
