"To succeed here you must be a lifelong learner and receptive to interesting and diverse work assignments as this industry is rapidly changing. You must have a strong sense of urgency, be a team player and willing to work hard. And above all you must have a very high standard of honesty and integrity. "

"The issue is not the approach to balancing time and life. It's the huge workload and limited staff resources available. Both men and women are working way too much because we all short staffed and it's difficule to keep pace with the volume of work. "

"Having women in leadership positions is empowering and makes it easier to find a mentor who understands the obstacles I face in order to give me realistic advice on how to overcome them. I also have coworkers whom I can relate to and not feel like I'm competing with them all the time. "
