"There are a lot of women that work across various departments at Gallo. I do think it can be tougher for women in some departments, but I do think the company is aware of these areas of opportunity. "

"Culture is very relationship driven, results are rewarded if they are accomplished with company values in mind. Respect, teamwork and integrity are evident in day to day interactions.
