"The cross-training is world class and they believe in investing in their people which translates to excellent benefits, fair pay, accelerated tracks for super bright and motivated people. They are innovative as well and like to be leaders in the industry so new ideas and perspectives are always appreciated."

"I think the challenge is that it is a business, so our core hours (8am-5pm) are still expected to be covered, and sometimes I wish I could flex my schedule depending on the day to come in (& stay) later or earlier without having to explain it to anyone. Meaning, I’d like to just do the work and do it well but have a little more flexibility. "

"That it is very important to communicate your needs and desires up front. You direct manager is not a mind reader, so if you want to take your kids to school 3 days a week, communicate those desires up front and talk through schedules."
