"This industry is a very male centric one. As a wonan, it can sometimes be intimidating, however I feel that Gallo does a nice job recognizing this dynamic and maintains a highly professional approach. In addition, the female leaders in our organization are very supportive of one another and provide great mentor ship and sponsor one another and the women coming up behind them. "
