"There is a ton of opportunity for women to continue to grow this organization. The majority of leadership positions are still held by men but it is getting better and I believe there is a focus on developing strong females."

"I'm not positive my unpaid/paid weeks are correct, I took 12 weeks total and was compensated the entire time between the state of California and the company. Gallo covers the weeks that are unpaid by the state and then you can use PTO to subsidize the gap between the state pay and your full pay. "

"Gallo has been making changes towards more flexible work hours and improved work-life balance. You might be able to work from home some of the time. There is still a lot of variation in flexible hours though, depending on who your direct Manager is. "

"Yes, not a horrible place to work. However, changing from salary to hourly does not make me happy. "
