"If you're in management, there's flexibility. If you're an hourly worker, that becomes harder. "

"For hourly employees, it's a short-term disability plan. For salaried employees, it's salary continuation (the equivalent of short term disability), but you'll need to ask HR about salary continuation. They no longer include the policy in the employee handbook."

"While there is a void in senior management for women, I believe there's also an opportunity for women to come in and effect change. There's power in numbers, we just need more in the number!"
