"experience as a Human Resources Intern at GAOTek Inc. was very positive and educational. I gained practical experience in recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and communicating with applicants. The internship helped me improve my communication, organizational, and time management skills.
GAOTek provides a structured work environment that encourages responsibility, independence, and professional growth. The remote work model also helped me develop digital collaboration skills and adaptability.
