When I initially joined as an intern in Squad B, both my Squad Leader and Assistant Squad Leader were female. They played a vital role in mentoring and supporting me during the early stages of my internship. As I progressed to the role of Assistant Squad Leader in Squad F, the same individual—who had previously been my Assistant Squad Leader—had been promoted to Squad Leader.
