"During my internship, I gained new insights and I highly recommend working here for women because, from my experience, many of the interns are women and I think gender equality is quite prioritized in this company."

"GAOTek Inc. provided hands-on experience across various HR functions. Responsibilities included assisting with recruitment processes, such as resume screening and interview scheduling, and contributing to employee onboarding and orientation programs. The intern also gained exposure to HR administrative tasks, data management, and supported the HR team in daily operations, developing a foundational understanding of HR best practices in a professional technology company setting."
