"During my six-month internship at GAO Tek Inc., I had the privilege of working under and alongside several inspiring and competent women in leadership roles. When I initially joined as an intern in Squad B, both my Squad Leader and Assistant Squad Leader were female. They played a vital role in mentoring and supporting me during the early stages of my internship. As I progressed to the role of Assistant Squad Leader in Squad F, the same individual—who had previously been my Assistant Squad Leader—had been promoted to Squad Leader. This not only reflected her capabilities but also showcased GAO Tek’s strong culture of merit-based growth and equal opportunity. Later, as I took on responsibilities as a Squad Leader, Assistant Platoon Leader, and ultimately Platoon Leader, I continued to work with female leaders in various capacities. I truly valued their professionalism, leadership, and collaborative spirit. Notably, our HR Bangladesh team was managed by a female leader who consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership and fostered an inclusive, respectful, and empowering work environment.
