"I did have a few great opportunities at this company. I grew a lot as a leader there however the work-life balance was not great. This could have been my fault though the role was not structured for a normal 40 or 50 hour work week (needed more than 1 of me). I have since moved onto another role at another company that has a great work-life balance."

"locally it's a very military culture (as it's on base) so if you're okay with that environment, It's pretty great."

"My current manager is not the best, but I have had other managers that were super supportive and focused on employee development during my time at this company. The supportive culture goes all the way to the top management. "

"It's a huge company so the policies exist, but the enforcement is challenging. I couldn't even tell you where HR is in my building and if that would be the right HR people to deal with an issue."
