"The company stands behind diverse candidates of all color, religion, sex, sexual orientation/identification, etc., but there are still too many white men in senior leadership positions. We need to move faster to diversify thought and decision making across all leadership levels. "

"There are an increasing number of women in leadership positions, from local managers, to global corporate-wide positions. There is a strong women's network and flexibility to accommodate childcare, maternity leave, family balance etc is good. "

"It's only good for women if you're young. Age discrimination is real as well as discrimination against women. I don't recommend GE for anyone."
