"GE is a great company to work for in terms of flexibility. I feel like it would be a great company if you had a family or planning to have a family. Not all GE businesses allow permissive time but majority of them do. This means you do not have a set number of vacation/sick/personal days. It is unlimited as long as it is approved by your manager. "
