"lots of growth and networking opps as it is a matrixed environment. Women at same level tend to still be the "doers" or executers of actions but I am personally okay with that as I like understanding the knooks and crannies of process at a very granular level so that I know when someone is telling me the truth, if I am making a good recommendation for the business and so that I can have productive conversations at a granular operational level for improvements."
