"GE has embarked on an "Empower Women in STEM" campaign. They have set goals to bring in as many qualified women into their engineering programs as possible with compensation and education enticements."

"GE is a great place to start a career learn and grow. Diversity is definitely welcomed here but the big glass ceiling is the business leaders really operating the businesses(GMs of biz units, CFOs, Product Line Leaders) are male. Functional leadership roles have diversity....."

"Flexibility is allowed/granted but at a certain level EB+ utilizing the flexibility affects your performance which is the ultimate metric at GE before everything else. There is only so much room to flex when you get to a level of very high responsibilities."
