"What I've seen is who you work for can make a huge difference in promotions, time off, and flexibility. It shouldn't be that way but there are still a lot of managers here who believe that they need to make everyone come into the office everyday, no trust in otherwords, and managers swing from promoting no one to promoting everyone or trying to help them get to the next level, to those in the middle. So, having said that, it's probably like every other major industrial company. "
