"This is a great environment for women, however there are some old-school leaders still around who don't get it. Their voices are mostly drown out by the good ones though."

"- GE is an amazing place to learn and start your career
- Excellent family leave policy that has improved greatly over the years; however, for variable compensation employees, they do a poor job of educating and administiring the policy while on leave. "
