"Culture, culture, culture. GE has been around for a very long time and the company has had all of this time to get its policies and culture established. GE's culture is protected through the policies which means having true ownership over your work. Leadership is the strongest I've ever seen to date in my career - very supportive in the day-to-day but also when it comes to skill/career development. My leadership team is filled with strong, supportive, and career-driven women who act as mentors. I am still in the first half of my career and I intend to retire at GE Aerospace. "

"GE Aerospace is a fantastic place to work. I value the flexibility that I have in my role which allows me to have a better work/family balance. Other things that I appreciate most about the company is the value that is placed on continuous improvement and also, how transparency and candor are embraced. "
