"We have an excellent Women's Network through our affinity groups and have many additional groups to join as well. It feels like family here, we are a community of women empowering other women. Also, GE has a strong focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion. "

"A company that appreciates that things have changed since COVID. The ability to work remote, understanding work/life balance, and feeling appreciated for the contributions that I make have made the past few years easier to navigate. My boss, also a woman, has been amazingly supportive during some really difficult personal times, and I am forever grateful to be able to work for this innovative and avante-guard company. And...we make airplane parts! That's pretty cool!! "
