"In the professional positions we have permissive time off, which means you take whatever you need, no counting of days. This is fantastic for WorkLife balance. I am always encouraged to take time off and enjoy the things I want to do. We promote women into many roles, and I see that they are treated equally, in offers, promotions and pay. This is not like the "Old GE" some know, we have evolved. Still the most amazing people, but the rigor is reasonable and the environment very positive. I love it here. I've been here for 9 years and have worked in several areas throughout the US."
