"When I interviewed 10 years ago for my first job at GE I was told by the interviewer that GE offers many opportunities, I just need to grab them. And he was right I can say now having my 5th role and not getting bored after this time."

"You’re entering a man’s world and will have to do more work and jump through more hoops if you are an hourly employee seeking promotion. You will be judged in all areas for being a woman i.e. intelligence, capability, etc. If you’re strong willed and fight for what’s right steer clear. Your abilities will be taken advantage of. "
