November 2018

I would tell another woman that it is a pretty good place to work if you are willing to work hard and prove your worth. If you don't, then you can still coast through but you might not advance. It is also useful to gain opportunities to show expertise in meetings with senior management. They value intelligence and going above and beyond but you have to show initiative. However, getting promoted can be quite difficult and it is a difficult culture in terms of making decisions to leave.

This is the best employer and most rewarding employment I have had in my field. I believe it has a lot to do with the flexibility allowed by my employer.

October 2016

Since we can work remote, we have more flexible starting/ending time but since it's client work - we are at the mercy of the client and often put in night hours to get things done. Many people have small children, even leadership so there is a understanding that there will times when you need flexibility.

Some managers are more flexible than others, but not all. Most of the top executives are men. I've seen few women promoted from within.

January 2016

Women are not treated well here. They are rarely promoted and receive excuses instead of raises. The only SEO female director was often excluded from leadership meetings, which were never on her schedule and happened only after she left for the day.
