It's a fantastic business for women, with the Women's Network being so sucessful as just one of our key Affinity groups, this enables women to reach out to senior leaders for advice, career advancement & mentoring capabilities should they be looking for support to build their career and network.

The type of role definitely makes a difference from a flexibility/balance standpoint. It also becomes harder to progress your career upwards when you take advantage of the flexibility offered to working moms, and the majority of senior leaders are male (likely because of this).
