"Genie is a great place for women to work. In my 10 years here I have never felt anything but included and welcome and never been treated any different than the men. I have had great career growth and have been well appreciated for a job well done. Everyone I worked with also went out of their way to accommodate my needs during my pregnancies. There is an active org for women that organizes company wide events that are beneficial for both men and women but also gives women a platform to discuss any issues. That said, the number of women especially in engineering is very low and there isn't any focus on increasing that number that I am aware of. "
