    This is largely dependent on the office for which you work.

  • Recommend to Women?

    You do not qualify for maternity leave for the first two years, then it is two weeks. A new policy allows father parental leave after 5 years with the company. Work schedules can be flexible depending on your office.

Great company. I don't have a ton of data to compare salaries of men and women, but it seems to be fair workplace. I appreciate that in this male-dominated industry, I feel like my voice is respected at this firm.
